Sports Pavilion

Millfield School engaged Collier Reading Architects to come up with a practical and yet memorable design to enable 180 degree viewing of the surrounding sports fields, incorporating state of the art changing facilities. The plan is rugby ball shape inspired and the rake of the roof has been designed to provide optimum solar power and shade.

the building contract was arranged so that as much construction as possible took place during school holidays, but the project was completed on time and within budget.
