Residential Development – Minehead

Work has commenced on a new 4 bedroom dwelling in Minehead. The site originally had outline planning permission when the client approached us to be involved. We have since obtained reserved matters approval within 6 weeks (!) and prepared & received building regulations approval. Allowing construction to commence on site ahead of schedule.

It is intended that the timber structure for the house will be completed by the end of this month. We will keep you informed of progress.
