We were approached by Mr and Mrs Kippax to make their house more suitable for contemporary living and the scheme has evolved to provide a larger kitchen/dining/living space with master suite over with a glazed gable looking over the garden to the east to take advantage of the morning sun.

We have provided a full architectural service from “concept to completion” and obtained planning and building regulations approvals, prepared a schedule and specification and obtained tenders for the work from local builders with whom we regularly work.

We then administered the contract working closely with the contractor and Mr and Mrs Kippax to ensure all went to plan, on time and to budget.
